These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services, products, and features offered by ku888 through the website ku888.cam (the "Platform"). ku888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was offered in error, or placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not available for that market. Winnings derived from voided bets will not be paid and any credited amounts will be reversed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ku888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities. ku888 actively monitors Platform activity for evidence of prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes.

ku888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass identity verification, or a request from the account holder themselves to close their account under a self-exclusion or responsible gaming arrangement.

Upon permanent closure of an account for breach of these Terms, all remaining account balances, including any pending bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play, will be forfeited. In the case of voluntary account closure or self-exclusion requested by the account holder, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification checks.

ku888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects in the Platform will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ku888's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ku888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
